These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by The Entropy Company LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. 

All federal, state, and local laws apply. Don’t ask us to violate any law for you, we won’t. 

The Entropy Company LLC does not ship outside of the 48 contiguous United States.

3D-Printed Components – Usage & Liability Disclaimer

These 3D-printed parts are engineered for functional use in demanding operational environments. However, they are designed and approved for semi-automatic operation only; use in full-automatic or burst-fire configurations is strictly prohibited and voids all implied warranties.

Heat Management Requirement: Due to the thermal stresses generated during sustained use, we strongly mandate the installation of a compatible heat shield. Failure to do so significantly increases the risk of premature material failure.

Material Acknowledgment: The buyer acknowledges that all printed polymers, regardless of grade or reinforcement, have a finite thermal threshold. Prolonged exposure to excessive heat will inevitably cause gradual degradation, warping, and eventual structural failure over time.

Liability: By purchasing and using these components, the buyer assumes full responsibility for proper installation, heat mitigation, maintenance, and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. The seller disclaims all liability for property damage, personal injury, or product malfunction resulting from misuse, overuse, improper assembly, or failure to adhere to these guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

The Entropy Company shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products. 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Entropy Company LLC, directors, employees, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site.
